X-COM creator announces Chaos sequel
Keegan Spindler November 3, 2012 - 12:52 pmNews: Julian Gollop, the creator of X-COM, has announced on Twitter that he is creating a sequel to Chaos, his 1985 ZX Spectrum game.
The creator of the original X-COM game has announced that he is working on a sequel to Chaos: The Battle of the Wizards, a turn based action game that saw players war against each other.
Gollop made the announcement over Twitter, sending a tweet that stated: “OK it’s official! I am working on a sequel/remake to my classic ZX Spectrum game ‘Chaos’ – for iOS, PC, Mac – maybe more.”
“Maybe more” apparently means that he is looking at getting it on Android, Linux and Ouya as well. He also added that the game would be making use of Unity 3D and would be “3D for sure”
This will be Gollop’s second return to the Chaos series after making a 1990 sequel called Lords of Chaos.
