Wii Fit helps woman lose 112 pounds

38-year-old, Lara Roberts, went from 252 pounds to 140 pounds in a year, using Nintendo’s Wii Fit every day.

The Wii let this self-conscious British woman work out in her own living room instead of jogging at the gym, where she felt extremely uncomfortable.

It is important to note that she didn’t use Wii Fit singlehandedly. She put a stop the the comfort food eating, which was giving her 4,000 calories a day.

I knew if I didn’t do something, chances are I wouldn’t live to see my girls grow up.

More power to her, and anyone else who’s doing this. Losing weight is hard. It’s nice to know that videogame developers want to help everyone be healthy so badly.
