Uncharted 3 Shade Survival co-op DLC detailed and dated
James Pickard March 8, 2012 - 4:50 pmNews: Naughty Dog has announced that the co-op based Shade Survival Mode, the latest piece of Uncharted 3 DLC, will be available to download on March 13th.
What’s a game nowadays without its very own co-op survival mode? It’s nothing, I tell ya. It seems Naughty Dog has realised this too and will be releasing the Shade Survival DLC for Uncharted 3 on March 13th to compensate. An European release is expected a day later.
This time it’s Djinn who will be attacking you in eight waves of increasing difficulty. These mythical creatures can teleport and set themselves aflame, plus, a number of random round objectives will come into play at certain times, which should make for an interesting survival mode.
There will be rewards aplenty too, including new medals and sizeable cash bonuses.
If you’re already a member of the Fortune Hunters Club – Uncharted 3′s DLC season pass thing – the Shade Survival mode will be free. However, you can also pick it up separately for $5.99.
Naughty Dog also stated that the fourteenth and final piece of DLC for the game will be available next month. You’ll know about it as soon as we do, so keep an eye on BeefJack for all the latest Uncharted 3 news.
