News: The latest Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception patch is now available to download, Naughty Dog have announced, with 1.05 bringing fixes for matchmaking and hosting in the game’s multiplayer.
Uncharted 3 Patch 1.05 is being rolled out globally right now, Naughty Dog have announced, and it contains some vital fixes for the online multiplayer – as well as being required to play future DLC.
The fixes included are:
- Integrated bandwidth testing for hosts, so only hosts with optimum connections will be permitted to become game hosts (will help improve gameplay experience for everyone)
- Fixed an issue in which, under some circumstances, some players of a party would be left in the lobby while others went into Matchmaking and played matches
- Medal fixes for Fort – Adventure Mode specific medals; all medal icons now show up appropriately and medals can be obtained in-game.
The official patch blog also notes that Patch 1.05 “contains the necessary technical hooks” for the Flashback Map Pack #2, which has also been released, and will be required to play any future DLC either online or over LAN.
