UK Chart: UFC Undisputed 3 fights its way to number one

News: UFC Undisputed 3 is top of this week’s UK Chart, and is the only new entry to grace the top 10.

UFC Undisputed 3 is the undisputed champion of this week’s UK Chart, fighting off little competition to take the number one spot. Ryan Sandrey was very impressed with it in his review, calling it the best iteration of UFC Undisputed yet, making its success well-earned.

Elsewhere in the top 10, it’s been a bit of a resurgence for the chart heavyweights. FIFA 12 has climbed back into the second, with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 sitting on its tail in third. Battlefield 3 climbed just the one place from sixth to fifth.

This week’s one to watch (I say that as if it’s something I do every week, when actually this is our first one to watch, and probably the last) is Sonic & Mario at the London 2012 Olympic Games. Following its appearance in the top 10 last week, it’s now pushed even higher to fourth. As the Olympics crawls ever closer, could this be the Zumba Fitness of 2012?

Final Fantasy XIII-2 has slipped down into sixth, and doesn’t look like it’ll be bouncing back up anytime soon. Last week’s other new entry, The Darkness 2, also slipped a few places, moving down from third to eighth.
