Two Worlds II suffers yet another UK delay; cargo wreckage to blame

It seems like we’re reporting another Two Worlds II delay every few days at the moment. Probably because we are. But here we go yet again: Two Worlds II’s release date has been pushed back for the UK.

Still, it’s not the most usual reason for a release date change. It’s not that there’s a problem with localisation, or bug-fixing, or any of that nonsense. No, this time it’s a fairly good reason: the copies, which were being shipped from China, have been wrecked in transit somehow.

Maybe the blokey in the image above dropped it all.

“We just received the container from China with the Collector’s Edition and other components and they are wrecked,” TopWare managing director James Seaman told Eurogamer, adding: “I cannot believe this but it is really happening!”

The game’s UK release date will now be February 25th – the same as in North America.

Despite the delay, we’ll have our full review of Two Worlds II on the site next week.
