The World Ends With You 2 Not Impossible

The World Ends With You character design Testuya Nomura has expressed a desire to make a sequel.

Sadly, he says that he’s working on so many games right now that The World Ends With You 2 (The World Ends With Two?!) will have to wait a while. He has said that he definitely wants to make a sequel, but with nothing being official it may be more than a year off.

I really liked the first TWEWY; it really felt like something I hadn’t played before on the DS or otherwise. I may have, but I can’t remember off the top of my head.

If you own a DS and even if you’ve got a distaste for JRPGs I’d say you should give it a try. In fact, it made it onto BeefJack’s Top 100 Game list! If it made it there, that means you’re a bad person for not playing it.
