It seems even more innovation is going into create-em-up platformer LittleBigPlanet 2.
Yes, Sackboy can now clown about in a split screen mode. This is due to a new tool that will allow divergent cameras in the game, meaning that one side of the screen can see a part of the world that is different to what the other side is looking at.
I expect a LittleBigPlanet 2 version of top split screen shooters to come out shortly after the games release, and if they don’t, well my faith in the imaginations and copyright infringing ways of the LBP crowd has been sorely misplaced.
