Still suffering from lag when playing the PS3 version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? Well, the incoming Patch 1.4 will be addressing it, Bethesda promise.
PS3 owners of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim have had to struggle for nearly two months now since the game’s release with lag issues, but a cure may finally be at hand, with the upcoming Patch 1.4 explicitly addressing it, Bethesda have confirmed.
The lag issues – which last month Bethesda admitted were difficult to fix due to being the result of a variety of factors – have been one of the most glaring issues with a game that as much as we love it – and in spite of them, BeefJack still gave Skyrim a 9.2 in our review – has more than its fair share of those traditional Bethesda bugs.
However, when specifically asked about the PS3 lag problem, Bethesda Blog had this to say on Twitter: “We’re addressing that in the 1.4 update planned for this month.” Somewhere in the background the Hallelujah Chorus has started playing.
Keep up to date with all the latest patches, updates and putting it back together with sticky tape for Skyrim on BeefJack.

Finally. Why Bethesda don’t get a few more weeks to do some more serious testing and QA on their games is surprising.
