Scott Pilgrim vs. The World getting online multiplayer DLC today (FINALLY)
Paul Yan March 12, 2013 - 6:14 amYes, God does exist. Assuming there are no more delays, the long-awaited “Online Multiplayer and Wallace pack” for Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game is getting released today for Xbox Live and PSN.

Welp, after three years since the game came out, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game is finally getting online multiplayer. Yep, after three years. Better late then never?
The DLC, which includes Scott’s chillaxed roommate Wallace Wells as a playable character, will hit later today for PlayStation Network and Xbox Live for $4.99/400 MSP, announced the U.S. PlayStation Blog and Xbox Live’s Larry Hyrb on Twitter (via IGN), respectively.
From today until March 26, PlayStation Plus members will be able to get the DLC and the updated Ultimate Edition for 20% off. According to the PlayStation Blog, the DLC also adds four new achievements, which were evidently leaked two months ago.
The downloadable add-on pack was suppose to come out in August of last year but was delayed numerous times. It’s pretty hilarious when looking back on it, but now that the DLC is finally getting released (it would be really funny if it got delayed again), I’m contemplating if I should get it for online multiplayer.
… But then I remember that the game came out three years ago and I don’t really care anymore. Still, better late than never I suppose.
