Remember Me trailer shows off Neo-Paris (and introduces Kid Xmas too, I guess)
Joannes Truyens January 8, 2013 - 7:19 pmA new trailer for Remember Me shows some more of the game’s futuristic Neo-Paris as well as a colourful bunch of characters and courteous robots.
Ever since BioShock’s Rapture, everybody keeps saying how the underwater dystopia was ‘a character of its own.’ Yes, let’s now use that expression for every properly thought-out and rendered game world. It looks like Remember Me’s futuristic Neo-Paris will be another such setting. Some shades of I, Robot in there as well.
Anyways, that’s what I took away from the new trailer below. It’s probably meant to introduce a couple of new characters, like the bombastic Kid Xmas, who “runs his own hacking channel, Channel Fear, which airs everyday at 9pm in Neo-Paris.” Whatever.
But hey, Neo-Paris!
