Sony has expressed the possibility of there being an upcoming upgrade to the Playstation 3′s chatting system.
The upgrade will allow cross-title communication via audio chat, a feature that is currently available through the Xbox Live ‘Party’ system. The upgrade is supposed to be aimed for a late October release as a component of Firmware update 3.10.
The move will bring the PS3 a little closer towards it’s goal of equalling the features available to consumers on the PSN and Xbox Live Networks.
