PlayStation.DE Facebook page says Star Wars 1313 coming to PlayStation 3 in 2013
Benjamin Ebell January 17, 2013 - 2:42 pmSony’s official Facebook page out of Germany seems to confirm a 2013 release date for the E3 wunderkind.
If their Facebook page is to be believed, Star Wars 1313 is hitting the PlayStation 3 this year. In a post earlier this morning, PlayStation.DE posted a short message and a set of 31 screenshots and concept art, most of which seemed to be taken from the demo shown at E3 that wowed just about everyone. Lucasarts has remained pretty quiet about 1313 since it’s E3 debut, but given the sheer technical prowess of that demo almost everyone assumed it would be a next-gen release. I didn’t expect to hear about 1313 for at least another year or two.
Earlier this week we’ve heard some chatter that this may be the year we see the next set of consoles launch, so it’s a possibility we might see 1313 on both sets of consoles as some sort of cross-generational release.
