Painkiller Hell & Damnation out April on consoles
Mark Seymour January 9, 2013 - 2:10 pmGats at the ready console owners, Painkiller Hell & Damnation is headed your way.

Good news console owners, you’ll be able to bathe in the blood and gib of hell-spawn on April 5th when The Farm 51′s grisly first-person shooter Painkiller Hell & Damnation launches on Xbox 360 and PS3. Ain’t nothin’ like shooting demons.
The Standard Edition will cost £24.99 while the Collector’s Edition will go for £34.99. The Collector’s Edition on PC came packaged with a Tarot card pack, some multiplayer skins and assorted digital tat. It’s currently available on Steam for £24.99.
“We have been working around the clock to bring the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game in line with the quality and standard of the PC game,” said Nordic Games’ Reinhard Pollice.
BeefJack’s James Pickard grabbed a shotgun and took a trip through hell when the game launched on PC last October. He came away thinking good things: ”If you’re hankering for an old-school shooter to remind you of how things once were, it does the job terrifically. That it’s such a change of pace from the current trend certainly helps, but its adrenaline-pumping, frenetic action would be no less appealing outside the era of the modern military shooter anyway.”
