‘Pac-Man Smash’ trademarked

Remember how many great Pac-Man games there have been over the past decade? One?! Well let’s hope Namco Bandai can change that with the recently trademarked “Pac-Man Smash!”.
No details on the game have been revealed as to what ‘Pac-Man Smash’ actually is, but ‘smashing’ has been confirmed. This is probably due to Pac-Man’s obsession with violence, appearing recently in Street Fighter X Tekken.
Records suggest it’ll most likely arrive on at least iOS systems. I’ve attempted to contact Namco with regards to this trademark and will update upon reply.
Not since Pac-Man Championship Edition DX has the pellet-addict seen a great game, so hopefully it will be a quality product we can all feel good about.
