I think it’s safe to say that White Knight Chronicles was battered by reviews. However, Kusuda Yoshiaki, the game’s director has announced via Twitter that the release date for the game’s sequel will be announced in the next issue of Famitsu.
If the surprise that there will actually be a sequel to this poorly received game was not enough, the pending article will also talk about how players can transfer game saves from the first game to the second.
Although the game wasn’t greatly received, I obviously don’t want to alienate people who actually like it. I’m sure there are people out there this applies to! So if you do like it, you can get more details in Famitsu on Thursday.
