Apparently, Square Enix wasn’t satisfied with just releasing a new trailer for Final Fantasy XIII this week, as a new trailer for the upcoming CGI director’s cut, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete, has been released in the official Japanese Homepage. The new trailer showcases a slew of new scenes, taking the already ridiculous action sequences of the original film to new, bridge-destroying heights.
Advent Children: Complete is scheduled to release on Blu-ray in Japan on April 16th this year, along with a limited edition Cloud Black PS3 system as well as the demo for Final Fantasy XIII. A North American release is uncertain, but also inevitable (for the movie and demo anyway, as the system will likely remain a gorgeously expensive Japanese exclusive).
For PS3 owners, this same trailer (along with the newest FFXIII trailer) can be downloaded off the Japanese Store. For those unfamiliar with how to create a Japanese account, just follow this handy guide from IGN.
