Metal Gear Solid 5 info coming from Kojima in OPM
James Pickard November 18, 2011 - 3:11 pmIn the next issue of Official PlayStation Magazine, Hideo Kojima will be discussing his plans for Metal Gear Solid 5.
It looks like Metal Gear Solid 5 is going to happen, as Hideo Kojima will be discussing his plans for the game in this month’s issue of OPM. He just can’t let it end, can he?
Unless this is just a huge marketing ploy and his plans stretch to not making it all, the magazine writes that he will speak openly about Solid Snake’s fifth outing in the main series. He’ll also be talking up Project Ogre and giving his thoughts on Metal Gear Solid: Rising – the first game in the series he doesn’t have directorial control over – more of which we expect to see at the Spike VGAs next month after an extended period of silence.
Would you like to play – or watch (tee-hee) – MGS5? A resounding yes? Not that fussed? Let us know below!
Coincidentally, it was announced yesterday that Rising had lost its current producer, Shigenobu Matsuyama, who is to be replaced by Yuji Korekado.
We’ll be sure to bring you exactly what Kojima divulges about MGS5 as soon as possible, so keep am eye on BeefJack for all the latest Metal Gear Solid news!
