Metal Gear snakeskin 3DS revealed by Kojima

Japan exclusive Metal Gear Solid 3D bundle will feature special embossed ‘Snake Camouflage’ 3DS.

More items I own need to match my snakeskin trousers. Thankfully, Hideo Kojima has me covered, as he revealed via his Twitter account the snakeskin 3DS.

This 3DS is wrapped in embossed black snakeskin. It’s safe to assume it is actually a fake material, otherwise PETA wouldn’t be too pleased.

The limited edition 3DS will be released alongside the game’s launch on March 8. The bundle for this 3DS will cost ¥22,980 yen ($298). Purchasing the 3DS will be only available through the Japanese e-Shop, which will be a lottery due to limited supply.

Not confirmed for a European or US release, your best chance of owning something this magical would be to import. Alternatively you could just purchase Hori’s Metal Gear Solid 3D accessory set at £24.99. released the 24th of February it is pictured below:
