Indie Royale launches Alpha Collection #1

News: Indie Royale has launched its first Alpha Collection, a bundle to source funds for the development of three promising looking indie games.

Indie Royale is shaking its bundle formula up with its first ever Alpha Collection, which gives you a chance to show your support for three currently in-development indie titles.

Purchasing the bundle will grant you access to the current and all future Alpha versions of Towns, 3079 and Wyv and Keep. You know how it goes, pay the average and the price goes up for everyone else, pay more and it goes down.

As for the games, Towns is a city management/RPG title, which takes inspiration from the devilishly good Dungeon Keeper and complex roguelike, Dwarf Fortress. 3079 is a futuristic, first person shooter/RPG with a focus on randomly generated content. And finally, Wyv and Keep manages to break away from the RPG theme as a co-op puzzle platformer, with similarities to Lost Vikings.

If those brief descriptions aren’t enough to convince you, Indie Royale has also kindly interviewed each of the game’s developers so you’ll have a better idea of exactly what you’ll be funding.

The bundle will be around for 7 days, and then after fortnight’s wait the St Patrick’s Bundle will launch.
