Heavy Rain: Director’s Cut a US-only package?
Lewis Denby November 4, 2011 - 10:34 amAcclaimed ‘interactive movie’ Heavy Rain will get a Director’s Cut, it’s been revealed by Sony. But only a North American release has been confirmed.
Publisher Sony has announced Heavy Rain: Director’s Cut for a US release on 8th November – but it’s not yet clear whether it will appear in the UK.
A post on the PlayStation Blog listed the pack’s contents, confirming that the original game will be complemented by several added extras.
A new menu screen will support the PS Move controller, while a series of eight ‘Making Of’ videos will make an appearance.
Elsewhere, dynamic themes, concept art and the original soundtrack will be included in the package. The Heavy Rain Chronicles: The Taxidermist DLC will also be bundled in.
But a European release is as yet unconfirmed by Sony. We’re trying to contact them to find out any more information, and will keep you posted as soon as we know.
