News: Adhesive Games co-founder Chris Lalli has revealed that a Hawken console version is ‘definitely on the horizon’, but the PC launch in December is the studio’s main focus.

It’s been rumoured for a while, with developer Adhesive Games often hinting that they’d like to make it, but we’ve now got the clearest indication yet that a console version of Hawken will be coming at some point in the future.

“I think a console version is definitely on the horizon,” said Adhesive co-founder Chris Lalli in an exclusive interview with BeefJack, “but our sole focus right now is launching our open beta for PC in December and getting our feet on the ground with that first. ”

Hawken is a mech-based first-person shooter that’s looking pretty damn awesome. It’s also going to be free-to-play, so whether you own a PC or a console, there’s really no excuse not to try it out.

The full interview with Lalli will be live next week, but you can read all the latest Hawken coverage in the mean time right here at BeefJack.
