Wow, you guys really aren’t screwing around. The opportunity for the gaming community to kickstart Portal 2′s release early only kicked off at 5PM GMT yesterday, and already we appear to be more than a third of the way towards completion.
Two titles, 1…2…3…Kick It! and The Wonderful End Of The World have both been ‘completed’ by gamers avidly playing them en masse. By co-ordinating their efforts via this thread (which, if you own the Potato Sack Pack, you should totally check on to make sure you’re helping push the date forward bit by bit), two of the 13 titles have been ticked off, and judging by how far the progress bar has already come along, it’s likely that not many more need to be completed to get the psychotic AI back in action.
Come on, people, we can do it! Next stop, AAAAA!!!

It’s definitely gonna push the release date forward, but only by less than a day, from the looks of it. I collected 13 potatoes so far to help out!
