GameStop lists Catherine release for 26th July

Well, this might be something of a U-turn. BeefJack was told recently that Catherine wouldn’t be hitting the US, but a GameStop listing – which has since been removed – suggests otherwise.

The US retailer listed the game with a release date of 26th July. The page was whipped down fairly quickly, but you can still see it thanks to the joys of internet caching.

A source has also told us that Atlus is planning an official announcement tomorrow, but this has not been confirmed with the publisher.

Could they have been pulling our leg before? Time will tell.
