I’d lost interest in the possibility of a PlayStation-character-on-PlayStation-character fighting game before I even started growing facial hair, but now it seems my erstwhile fantasies are about to come true. PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale pits the likes of Kratos, PaRappa the Rapper, Sly Cooper, Fat Princess and more against each other in dramatic 2D combat. It’s in development for the PS3 at newly-formed studio SuperBot Entertainment, and will feature online competitive and cooperative play. And with that, the end of a very small number of “Who’d win in a fight” arguments is nigh.
