Via an update on the game’s website, Square Enix has detailed one of the major locations for Final Fantasy XIV, the latest Final Fantasy MMORPG. Today, information was released on Limsa Lominsa.
The city state contains three important locations. Fisherman’s Bottom is a city dependent on the harvest of the sea. Within its walls, users will find a Fisherman’s Guild, Blacksmiths’ Guild, Armorers’ Guild and Marauders’ Guild. Very simply, this is a very busy and industrious city. As such, it is a perfect place to get your character right into the thick of the action. The second location, the Bismark, is the place to be for anybody interested in the culinary arts. It is without a doubt the greatest place to be a chef in all of Eorzea. The final major location mentioned in Limsa Lominsa was the Coral Tower. This military institution is home to the Knights of the Barracuda.
Final Fantasy XIV is planned for a simultaneous global release sometime in 2010. Japanese, English, French and German will all be supported in this PC and PS3 title.
