News: Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock is the first PS Vita game to use the Unreal 3 engine. New trailer below.

I don’t like Matt Smith. He’s not ‘my Doctor’. If it is possible for a Doctor to belong to me then I would prefer that Doctor to be David Tennant. But despite my dislike of this floppy haired youngling pretending to be a Timelord, it’s hard to deny that his first videogame outing is looking to be something pretty special actually.
Using the Unreal engine 3, Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock by SuperMassive Games, puts you in the TARDIS flingers’ shoes as you travel through time and space. Series stars Matt Smith and Alex Kingston (as River Song) lend their voices and their mo-cap to the proceedings which should be landing on your PC, PS3 and shiny new PS Vita next month.
Incidentally, according to Epic’s Mike Gamble on Eurogamer, The Eternity Clock is the first Vita title to be powered by Epic’s Unreal engine 3. Fancy that.
Gamble: “It’s brilliant to see the world of Doctor Who brought to life by the team at Supermassive and especially to see Unreal Engine 3 powering the game that’s bringing this universe to a whole new platform and an entirely new generation of gamers and Doctor Who fans.”
Oh, here’s the trailer.
SPOILER! David Tennant isn’t in it
