Promoting the upcoming downloadable Multiplayer First Person Shooter, Ignition have just announced a collaboration with Storm Lion Publishing to develop a comic book based on the game.
The comic will follow the game’s story closely, featuring an elite covert ops team tasked with rescuing an officer from behind enemy lines while fending off crazed civilians. The comic is being described as a “completely separate story line” which will expand on the universe’s lore.
Development of the comic has been a collaboration between developer Zombie Studios, Ignition Entertainment and the comic studio itself, featuring story direction by Jason Dean Hall and Cullen Galagher as well as writing by Jared Gerritzen, Ian Stephens and Eric Lieb and art direction by Storm Lion’s Zid.
