Posted over at the Gaijin Games blog was the announcement that the fifth installment in the WiiWare Bit.Trip series will be Bit.Trip Fate. Fate sure is popular this year…
No release date besides this fall was given, with WiiWare as the only platform. Using the previous games as a precedent, I’d expect Fate to cost around $10.
If you haven’t been following the Bit.Trip series and you own a Wii, you should feel ashamed. The Bit.Trip games are some of the most unique games on the system, or any system today. If you’ve got a Wii and an internet connection they’re definitely worth checking out.
Those drawn to chip-tunes and hard games especially should give them a chance, because the entire Bit.Trip series has a surplus of both. No further details besides the name and the vague release date of this fall have been given, but Gaijin Games has been contacted for more information.
Have you ever tried a Bit.Trip game? Have you ever even looked at the WiiWare store? Why aren’t you playing Bit.Trip Runner right now?
