News: Bethesda announce the release date for Dishonored Dunwall City Trials DLC, we have new screenshots below.

Firstly, as a British person it is my duty to spell Dishonoured correctly at the top of this post, you can imagine there’s a tongue in cheek dig at America here as well if you like. With that out of the way, it’s time to have a gander at some new screenshots of the Dunwall City Trials DLC for Dishonored, which releases on 11th December on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. As previously announced, this DLC priced at $4.99/£3.99 /€4.99 (or 400 Microsoft Points) will give players 10 new challenges to take part in, including time-trials and conditional assassinations. There’s no story element to this piece of DLC which may disappoint some players, as world-building and the storyline were among the stronger elements of Arkane’s title.

On the other hand, for those of us who fondly remember the time trial mode of DICE’s Mirror’s Edge, this DLC could offer a reminder of how moving quickly and precisely through a first-person environment against the clock can actually be a great deal of fun. Two more pieces of DLC for Dishonored were announced previously and will cater to the more story-focused killers among you.

We’ll bring you more details on Dunwall City Trials as well as the forthcoming story DLC for Dishonored here at Beefjack, you can check out our review here.
