Recently I brought you the news that new DLC for The Beatles: Rock Band may be unlikely and is most likely to be based on the games currently progressing success. Here’s a little update:
Harmonix has said that it is prepared to release new DLC, which will reach players over the next three months. However, after that, the release of future DLC will depend on the sales figures.
John Drake of Harmonix said:
It’s not like Rock Band where we wait for the masters to come in and just author them … its like, send people to Abbey Road, use the original tape, separate them out.
So the lesson here is, if you want to keep seeing DLC for this game, get buying!
