News: Paradox Interactive and Kerberos Studios are proud to announce that their once incredibly buggy strategy space game now has a new expansion coming and now the game is in a “good condition”.

Sword of the Stars II: The Lords of Winter came out for PC a year ago and when it was released it was an unplayable mess. Kerberos Studios, the developers, and Paradox Interactive, the publishers, had both decided to not give up on the potential filled game and over the last year they have been continually patching the game in order to get it into a solid state. They have just announced an enhanced edition for any who are interested in playing the game now that it is fully playable. Alongside that Enhanced Edition there is a new expansion called End of Flesh, which will be free to anyone who already owns the game.

The Enhanced Edition comes with a ton of improvements and new content, while the new expansion will be adding plenty more content on top of that. Between End of Flesh and The Enhanced Edition there will be new random encounters, mission types, a a playable race (the Loa), twenty-five  technologies, ten weapons, two independent races, and all of the previously released DLC. All of this will be coming on November 30th on Steam, Gamersgate and various other digital retailers. Check out the new Enhanced Edition trailer.
