Final Fantasy XIV Confirmed for PS3, PC
In what doesn’t come as a huge surprise, it looks like Final Fantasy XIV has been confirmed for the PS3 and PC, at least according the support page that has surfaced over at the game’s official website.
It seems when Square Enix provided the class update they also started posting information to the game’s support page. Premature, perhaps seeing as a launch date hasn’t even been set, but interesting none the less.
Also tantalizing, is the reveal that there will be some interconnectivity between Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy XIV in the form of an exclusive item. Apparently players will receive a code with their copy of FF XIII that they can redeem for a special item.
No word yet on what, if anything, the item will do, but it’s definitely a fun bonus for die-hard fans.
