Phalanx Remake Heading To WiiWare
Shoot ‘em ups, or Shumps have had a bit of a re-birth recently, after the market got swamped by them in the early to mid nineties it seemed like the genre went to hide over in Japan. Well luckily they’re back, and I like many gamers couldn’t be more happy about that, and not only is the genre back but the infamous Phalanx is too.
Much like other Shumps, it’s an awesome game but what makes it stand out, an old man, and a banjo, which was the box art for a game that had no banjo, and no old man. It’s due to be released sometime in the near future for the Japanese market only at the moment and will set you back 500 points, while there isn’t word on a western release as of yet, here’s hoping.
