BIT.TRIP VOID coming 11/23 to the US
I’ve never played any of the BIT.TRIP games besides BEAT, and that was a little…difficult for me. By that I mean I have no rhythm and fine motor skills. It’s a wonder I haven’t broken both of my thumbs yet!
I’m hoping that VOID is a bit more…easy. Maybe I’m a wuss, but I don’t like hitting a wall in games. Coming November 23 to US to WiiWare, no price is mentioned but I’m sure it’s $10, or 1000 Wii Points, just like their other games.
Between this and the sequel/expansion pack to Lost Winds, it looks like WiiWare is becoming a great haven for Indie devs who want to do creative things with control. If you never played it, BIT.TRIP BEAT was controlled with like one button in the menu, and the rest of the game is holding the WiiMote horizontally like an NES pad, and tilting it to move your cursor.
I’m looking forward to see what else Gaijin Games can put out in the future, and all of this makes me want to buy the other BIT.TRIP game who’s name I can’t remember…ah! It was BIT.TRIP CORE!
