U.S. Playstation Store Update
The latest update to the PlayStation Store brings a slew of new everything.
This week’s big new release of Battlefield 1943, the exclusive downloadable game, is being bundled with a theme for a short time.
A huge wad of Rock Band songs, two sets of songs actually, on opposite ends of the musical spectrum, are being released; a few Green Day songs with their punk sound and then the Mayhem Tour 2009 Pack 01 containing some pretty…opposite songs, from Slayer, Cannibal Corpse, and more.
A handful of seemingly unrelated songs for Guitar Hero World Tour, called the “Victory Track Pack” is also up.
And the rest; miscellaneous add on content, free videos, themes of the free variety; and my personal favorite, the release of Still Alive by Jonathan Coulton, free for Rock Band Unplugged, just like the console counterpart.
