Latest expansion for Everquest announced, Underfoot

It seems that you really can’t keep a good game down. First launched in 1999, it’s been ten years since the original Everquest launched, and Sony continues to support the game with this latest expansion pack.

Slated for a November 2009 release, Everquest: Underfoot is to contain ALL of the content from all previous releases and a dozen or so new zones to visit.

I’ve never played EQ myself, but when held up to the semi-yearly World of Warcraft expansion pack releases, the sheer volume of content in Underfoot can’t stand up to either of Blizzard’s packs.
