Take-Two Interactive, the publishers of the now defunct Duke Nukem Forever have initiated a law suit against Apogee Software, the games developers.
The suit claims that Apogee/3D Realms assured both Take-Two and the gaming public that it was diligently working on the sequel, but a working and playable build never materialised. No specifics on the damages or full content of the suit were disclosed by the Manhattan court, though with 3D Realms now dead it seems a little pointless to open a law suit at such a late stage.
