Countdown Timer To Stop Kids Playing
The image above is of the GameDr, a device designed by John Morrissey (also in picture) to limit kids play time.
The device will retail in the states for $30, had is password protected to stop tampering. Basically it shuts off the electricity to the console it is attached after the count down timer reaches zero, effectively ending the child’s play time. Reactions have been mixed with some claiming it is a brilliant idea while others, mainly gamers, say that it is the parents job not a piece of tech to watch their kids play time.
The device will probably do ok business with parents, and far better with the wife’s and girlfriends of gamers all over the world who are sick of being neglected.
