BattleForge Gets New Maps, Goes Free
Phenomic has a two hit punch this week, stating that BattleForge, their card battling RTS title is not only now free to play, but is also getting some free new maps.
The main game is now free to download and will be supported by micro transactions as there will only be 8 card types in the game, the rest must be purchased separately to help build your deck into an all conquering army.
The new maps are part of the Renegade Campaign, a free content pack. There are two, MO and Blight, with MO being single player and Blight being a four player co-op map.
All this for free? I think I may have to check this title out now.
