Xbox Live Gets Serious…Sam
Serious Sam, that weird place between utter genius and sheer stupidity is seeing an HD remake make its way to Xbox Live. Released originally back in 2002 Serious Sam: First Encounter was and still is in many ways one of the most frantic FPS’ in the industry.
The fans have lobbied us hard to do this, so we are stoked about bringing Sam back as big, bold and bad as he ever was
Xbox LIVE Arcade is an important platform in our overall strategic plan, Serious Sam has a long history of console success and this graphically enhanced version is a great first title to kick off our Xbox Live Arcade initiative
The remake is set to feature a four player Co-op mode along with greatly enhanced graphics, and will come in at 1200 Microsoft Points later this summer.
