Modern Warfare 2 Will NOT Launch with Stat-Tracking Website
Bungie are famed for making Halo games. They are also famed for their extensive attention to detail with regards to stats. It’s possible on Bungie.net to discover which areas of each map that you have killed the most opponents and keep track of the medals that you’ve earned in every Halo title launched.
This is something that Infinity Ward are aspiring to. When talking to MTV, Infinity Ward’s Community Manager Creative Strategist Robert Bowling has revealed that IW would like to have such a service. He managed to clarify that the feature won’t be available at launch. It does seem something that the company will eventually implement as Bowling also said that if IW ever launched such a feature, they would also like to do it on the iPhone.
