BlazBlue Not PAL Bound
Unofficial reports are pouring in all around the internet that ARC System Works’ new masterpiece BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger the spiritual sequel to the intense Guilty Gear series won’t be hitting PAL shores in the near future. What’s worse is that the game won’t even see a region free release either leaving those in the European parts of the world completely in the dark.

Please disregard that last email. There was a problem in our chain of
command and it seems BlazBlue for the Xbox 360 will only be playable on US
and Asia consoles.PS3 of course is still region free.

Is what Aksys Games Support had to say on the matter, and with no PAL publisher in sight it seems BlazBlue is destine to become another game in the growing line of games that never see the light of day over here, including the recent “shmup” collection Raiden Fighter Aces.

This isn’t telling me anything I don’t already know.
a) I knew on release that the 360 version wasn’t region free.
b)ARC System Works never publish in Europe, only US and JP. We need someone like 505 games to release in PAL contries.
I’m hacked off about the whole situation, the only thing we can do is bombard 505 with queries and requests. Hopefully we’ll get heard!
