Sony Looking At Name Gem For Wireless Controller
Sony’s motion controller hasn’t had a name for a while now, The Wand was what most people were calling it for a while. However nothing official has yet to surface, until now. During the UBS annual Global Media Conference in New York, EA CEO John Riccitiello may have leaked what we’ll be forever calling the piece of tech.
When asked about the upcoming year, and more precisely motion controlling in 2010, the CEO had this to say.
In the coming year, both Sony and Microsoft have announced new controllers. Motion sensor controls, Natal and Gem, these are likely to bring new consumers into the marketplace.
Gem hey? Well it’s better than Wand.
