Battlefield: Heroes Subscriber Base Hits 3 Million
In spite of some recent community uproar, the free to play FPS Battlefield: Heroes has just been announced to currently feature a sizeable community of 3 million players. The game launched July earlier this year, featuring a micro transaction oriented system allowing players to kit up their army avatar.
To make a completely asinine comparison, World of Warcraft is currently touting an active subscriber base of 11.5 million (Although these are paying subscribers) – which is pretty damn good. Here to hoping Battlefield: Heroes recruits a further million to their active user base.
