Go To Hell
Hell; you know the drill. Fire, brimstone, and eternal damnation; the basics. Now thanks to a new Facebook application by EA in honor of its upcoming release Dante’s Inferno, you’ll be able to share all the perks of Hell with your nearest and dearest.
The “Go to Hell” application allows you to send your friends to one of the nine levels of hell depicted in Dante’s iconic poem. The levels, in case you haven’t had a chance brush up on your Dante recently, include Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Anger, Heresy, Violence, Fraud or Treachery.
For good measure, EA has thrown in the ability to share the progress of your damned friends through Twitter as well, just so everyone knows how nice a person you really are.
I don’t use the Facespaces very much myself, but this doesn’t seem as lame as most of the stuff people waste their time with. It definitely appears EA thought this one out a bit, but the test will come in February when we find out if eternal damnation will translate into game sales.
